Low solid oak bench with a linen cushion standing alone in an empty limewash plaster room

Threshold Bench

Design intent

Series of twelve

A place to sit at the edge of a room, where arrival happens.

Every building we design has a moment of arrival — where shoes come off, where the day is set down. This bench was made for that moment and nothing else.

It is low, long, and deliberately unhelpful for lounging. You sit, you pause, you move on.
